Regarding the preservation of wine, before wine is sealed, must applied nitrogen to bottle to eliminate air, the purpose is to make the wine won’t oxidize air to achieve fresh preservation .
When you open the wine stopper or cover the unfinished wine again, The wine in the bottle quickly synthesizes and oxidizes by the air, which deteriorates the wine and has a poor taste.
The wine preserver purpose and function is to re-enclose the unopened and rest wine in the bottle ,make bottle in a vacuum situation to keep wine fresh again.
The wine preserver is an automatic digital vacuum pumping device, equipped with a variety of artificial intelligence such as pressure sensors and temperature sensors.
Needn’t operate by hands, just put the stopper on the bottleneck, put the bottom of the vacuum preserver on the wine stopper, press the turn ON , LCD screen can show the completely process of vacuuming, cover The stopper sealing cap, it is very convenient, simple and practical.
1. Place the bottle on a horizontal surface, insert a stopper into the bottle mouth, and open the sealing plug on the stopper (See Figure 1)
2. Align the suction port of the vacuum preserver with the bottle stopper port,Press down lightly (See Figure 2), Make sure the preserver and bottle one a same level.
3. Turn on,the LCD Screen display “Pumping”,The preserver begin to suck the air in the bottle automatically. (See Figure 3), Meantime,it also displaying power and temperature.
4. When the finished,the LCD screen background color will became Red and display “OK”.
5. Take away the wine preserver,cap with stopper cap. (See Figure 4).
6. Working situation,Temperature has ℃ and ℉, Long press 3 seconds change.
7. After finished, put the wine vacuum preserver in in a safe, hygienic and cool place.
